Managed direct and indirect operations in 34 countries through a team of 25 employees and 90+ contractors, along with 30 distributors.

Led the introduction and market growth of Libbey foodservice and retail brands in China. Identified and appointed a master distributor, opened and trained sub-distributors in strategically located regions, exceeded sales targets for the China factory by 40%, and improved profitability by 12%. Transitioned sales from US-made to Chinese-made products while developing and introducing new products adapted to the Chinese market.
