  • Global Structuring – Project Leader The existing global structure of the client is complex and decentralized, with significant variations in governance, reporting, and processes across different regions and business units. The lack of consistency in operations and service delivery has resulted in inefficiencies, redundancies, and suboptimal performance in several areas. The strategic objectives require a more unified and coordinated approach to global operations, with a greater focus on leveraging global resources and expertise to deliver value to clients. We attempted to establish a new global structure that is centralized for leveraging the global expertise and at the same time offer sufficient decentralization to enhance the entrepreneurial freedom to the regions and offices to ensure the alignment with the firm's strategic objectives. This new structure should be designed to optimize efficiency, enhance consistency, and improve collaboration across different regions and business units. My role while leading the project was to obtain the objectives and ensure all the objectives listed out were met in the recommendations provided as well as to get alignment with the different teams involved in the project.

    Building a Gaming conglomerate – Finance Lead (member of the team) We were tasked to build a Gaming Conglomerate to integrate gaming, Ecommerce and build an effective and efficient ecosystem Business Planning: We worked with the management team to develop a comprehensive business plan that outlines the company's growth strategy, target markets, and expected financial performance. This plan should also identify potential sources of funding and establish financial targets for the company. Financial Analysis: Conducted detailed financial analysis of gaming ventures and identify key financial metrics that will be used to measure success. This includes evaluating potential revenue streams, assessing cost structures, and conducting sensitivity analyses to identify potential risks and opportunities. Fundraising: Played a key role in raising capital to finance the company's growth. We had built the requisite ecosystem and successfully raised funds to launch the gaming product and the supporting ecosystem
